DiDi Original Biscotti was founded by me and my love of biscotti. After purchasing biscotti from bakeries, specialty stores and grocery stores--only to find that they were too hard; lack of or too much flavoring and reading the ingredients label listing all the additives and preservatives--it became my mission to make my own. After many, many months and numerous batches later, I finally came up with the perfect blend I call my own traditional, but "untraditional, " biscotti. A biscotti with a texture that is not too hard, and not too soft, with just the right flavoring and using all natural ingredients.
I loved sharing these with my friends, family and co-workers, and when I kept receiving numerous requests for them, DiDi Original Biscotti was formed.
DiDi Original Biscotti are handmade, handcut, in small batches using the highest quality ingredients. When choosing my “twice baked” biscotti, you are getting a traditional, but "untraditional," authentic Italian biscotti–-free of preservatives, artificial flavoring and additives. Enjoy them right out of the package with a cup of coffee or tea, or the traditional way with a glass of Vin Santo, and you’ll agree--they are DiDi-licious!
