DiDi Original Biscotti was founded by me and my love of biscotti. After purchasing biscotti from bakeries, specialty stores and grocery stores only to find that they were too hard, lack of or too much flavoring and reading the ingredients label listing all the additives and preservatives in them, it became my passion to make my own. After numerous batches later, I finally came up with the perfect blend I call my own traditional, but "untraditional " biscotti. A biscotti with a texture that is not too hard, and not too soft, customers describe it as a "cookie" and with just the right amount of flavoring using all natural ingredients. They are loved by children and adults. How may children do you know love biscotti?
I loved sharing these with my friends, family and co-workers, and when I kept receiving numerous requests for them, DiDi Original Biscotti was formed.
DiDi Original Biscotti are handmade, handcut in small batches using the highest quality ingredients. When choosing my “twice baked” biscotti, you are getting a traditional, but "untraditional" authentic Italian biscotti, free of preservatives, artificial flavoring and additives. Enjoy them right out of the package with a cup of coffee or tea, or the traditional way with a glass of Vin Santo, and you’ll agree, they are DiDi-licious!
